The main direction of “SZMP”, Ltd is foundary of products from cast iron.

Foundary of the company has high-performance equipment, modern technologies and high-qualified staff. All these enables to produce high-quality and at the same time inexpensive goods.

Producing iron-castings we use the following technologies:

Casting in cold and solid mixes
Casting in chill mould

Production

The area of the foundry and mechanical shop is more then 10 000 sq. m.
Production capacity: 20 000 tons of cast a year.
Smelting furnace: induction crucible ИЧТ-10/2.5-С3
Iron castings from all kinds of gray iron, high test cast-iron, alloy cast iron
Crane equipment with loading capacity up to 20 tons
Sites: filling, forming, processings of chill molds.
Central factory laboratory: all kinds of quality control of finished products and the arriving raw materials.
Own access railways tracks.
